I looked through my Pottery Barn catalogs the other day and wanted to post my favorite pictures- this one is from the PB Kids of course- I love those little owls!
And I haven't ever considered doing black and white for a room but I love this office space:
This room is cute but what I really liked was that button butterfly picture on the shelf- I have tons of buttons and I bought a canvas at Big Lots today for $3 and I am going to make it- I'll post pictures when I finish it.

I love doing exactly what you did, PB is great for ideas! I can't wait to see how your butterfly turns out. Maybe I'll try it, I have a ton of buttons too.

I love the butterfly, too. That might even be a project I could handle. What do you think would work best to attach the buttons to the canvas? And a $3 canvas?! That's awesome.
I love those too! Ginger has those owls, and I have been debating on making my own! :) Only problem is I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SEW! What a cute butterfly. I might try that as well. :)
So funny we are totally loving the SAME things from PB. Man alive the designers over there are GENUIUS! Have those owls and ADORE them and I stare at that collage of vintage chairs wondering how on earth I can re-create it becuase I love it :)
What a sweet family you have...and I posted that same PB owl pic on my blog too as one of my favorites...I love it!
