What do you people eat?

I'm in a food funk- what are you having for dinner? What do you eat for lunch? That one is really hard for me. I'm getting sick of everything and need some new ideas! I saw this great idea from NannyGoat to collect your family's top 30 recipes and put them on laminated recipe cards on a ring, then you pull out the ones you want each week and put them on your fridge- really cute idea. For better instructions and even a recipe card you can download, click HERE.

That's a great idea AND you should make copies to trade with friends so your selection expands!

Let's see, on our list for dinner this week is homemade calzones, chicken salad sandwhiches, bean burritos smothered in green chili, carmel apple pork chops and chicken spaghetti casserole.

I pass them along everytime I get a new recipe we like. I'll keep on the hunt though. You too if you have any good ones, I get so bored after I've made the meal twice.

Very good idea. We love meatball sandwiches (there's a good recipe on allrecipes.com). A baked potato bar is always easy and good (also the recipe for a perfect baked potato on allrecipes.com where it's rubbed with olive oil and kosher salt is so good). I like making chicken in a crock pot w/salsa that you can use for anything Mexican-ish.
